Prior to PoE Interactive, Egidio founded a managed services and a technology design firm that he ran for fifteen years while also innovating with PoE and automation solutions fow which he holds utility and method patents. He will provide direction in the development of our PoE products, manage vendor & client relations, support sales and quarterback communications.

Keith is a successful entrepreneur with twenty-years experience leading a well-established telecommunications and low voltage integration company that serves the public sector and private enterprise spaces. He will provide leadership through support of development initiatives by leveraging a captive audience of clients and tech-savvy developers & trade contractors.
Shane Cannon Chief Investment Officer
Shane, a successful entrepreneur and founder of Vidgo, Inc. among other brands, has had measured success with his startups, having accumulated more than 500,000 customers, and generated over $30m in revenue for consumer brands. He lends expertise through advisory and will help provide direction with capital raisies, having been pivotal in capturing $90m for Vidgo.

PoE Lighting
Cutting edge PoE-driven lighting will replace thirty-five percent of any facility's electrical wiring with Category 6 which can yield signifcant buildout cost savings. Smart controls also eliminate waste through automation with some help from schedules, environmental sensors, external data and manual control devices.
IoT Management & Automation
We're developing a first of its kind BMSaaS (Building Management System-as-a-Service) platform that will automate and manage all facilities' systems, monitor energy usage, and eliminate waste. Our solution will be manufacturer agnostic with API support to facilitate compatibility with third-party IoT solutions and management systems.

With the latest 802.3bt Type 4, PoE++ can more than accommodate all sorts of USB powered devices like smartphones, tablets, laptops and computers; motorized cameras; even large format displays, ceiling fans, beamforming microphones, amplified speakers and more! As PoE continues to shape a power concious future, fewer conventional AC outlets will be required which will help curb the high construction and operational costs associated with electrical infrastructure.
