Our mission is to provide forward thinking solutions, and to enhance project efficiency and success. We are expanding our team and looking for some dynamic sales professionals to join us.


Job Description: As an Account Executive, you will play a crucial role in driving our business growth by identifying and securing new clients. You will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions. This role requires a blend of remote work and on-site visits to client locations. You will also play a role in developing relationships and generating sales through the channel. Your expertise in selling to top-tier decision makers will guarantee you earn on all business transacted with them.   


Key Responsibilities:

  • Become a PoE solutions expert, with a thorough understanding of our entire offering
  • Leverage your expertise to develop strategies to achieve company targets.
  • Identify and engage potential clients in our focus industries while curating key accounts in others.
  • Engage clients – onsite or remotely - to understand their needs and present our solutions.
  • Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services.
  • Track and report on sales performance, providing regular updates to management.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales, preferably with selling technology solutions and services within the Architectural, Engineering and Construction industries.
  • Familiarity with construction drawings and specifications pertaining to low voltage construction
  • Strong understanding of our products and their benefits.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to travel within a 50-mile radius of our New Jersey or Virginia offices.
  • Proficiency with CRM and productivity software like MS Office. Proficiency in Bluebeam, Procore and other construction-facing software is a plus.

About Us: We are a leading technology provider specializing in IP-based IoT solutions design and high-tech construction for the Architectural, Engineering, & Construction industries. Our mission is to provide forward thinking solutions, and to enhance project efficiency and success. We are expanding our team and looking for experienced integrators to join us.


Job Description: We are seeking a skilled Low Voltage Field Technician with a minimum of three-years of experience in pulling and terminating LAN Copper and Fiber, as well as structured wiring. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting a variety of low voltage systems in a variety of building types to support our private and public sector clients. 


Key Responsibilities:

  • Pulling and terminating LAN Copper and Fiber cables.
  • Installing and configuring structured wiring such as equipment and network racks, ladders, raceways, cable tray, and supports.
  • Performing site surveys and assessments.
  • Testing, Qualifying and Certifying LAN connectivity.
  • Ensuring compliance with industry standards and safety regulations. OSHA 30 certification is a must. 
  • Collaborating with team and clients to exceed expectations and deliver projects on time.


Qualifications:

  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in low voltage installations.
  • Proficiency in pulling and terminating LAN Copper and Fiber cables.
  • Experience with structured wiring systems.
  • Experience installing and commissioning AV and life safety systems is a plus.
  • Craftsmanship and attention to detail. 
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Job Description: We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in estimating, takeoffs, project planning, coordination, and budget management. This role requires either an electrical engineering degree or a minimum of five years of experience in a project management-based role. Experience with low voltage solutions design a plus.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of project management from inception to completion.
  • Conduct accurate estimating and takeoffs for project bids.
  • Develop comprehensive project plans and timelines.
  • Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, and team members to ensure project success.
  • Manage project budgets and ensure financial objectives are met.
  • Monitor project progress and adjust as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with industry standards and safety regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Electrical engineering degree or a five-years equivalent experience in a project management role.
  • Proven track record in estimating, planning, coordination, project lifecycle and budgeting.
  • Familiarity with low voltage solutions design is a plus.
  • Proficiency in Autodesk, Bluebeam, Procore, and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency with AIA Billing, G702 & G703 entries, and certified payroll are a huge plus.   
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
  • Excellent organizational and analytical abilities.
  • OSHA 30 Certification is a must. 
  • Ability to work effectively and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
